This heart-led journey helps you become clear and authentic about who you are and what you truly desire. It removes limitations and barriers that hold you back and fosters a deeper understanding and awareness of your true self, allowing you to live a more fulfilling, joyful, and authentic life.

Many of us are held back by fear and limiting beliefs. The mind can be so busy and noisy that it drowns out your internal knowing and intuition, making it hard to trust them. By removing these blocks and reducing the noise, you will start to see the power of your inner wisdom and how it can guide you to a more aligned and abundant life. This process will help you create an improved relationship with yourself, develop greater self-love, and build confidence.

Note: Soul Sessions are NOT therapy. If you need help with mental health issues or trauma, please seek out a medical professional or licensed therapist.

SOUL SESSIONS are for you if ……

Hi, I'm Mel

Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher & Mindfulness Coach

For many years, I shape shifted, and lived behind a mask. I allowed the “should” and “supposed to” and comparisons dictate my life and I became totally disconnected from myself. 

I was a perfectionist, people pleaser and busy mum, I hid the imperfect side of my life. The burn out, the negative self talk, lack of self worth and love I had for myself, that is until I couldn’t hide anymore. 

 

In 2017 I began to have debilitating panic attacks and was diagnosed with depression, osteoarthritis and an autoimmune thyroid condition. I hadn’t been listening to my body so it literally forced me to stop. 

 

That was my wake up call, I knew I needed to take a serious look at my life and wellbeing and make some changes so I could live an authentic, full and happy life.

  

It became clear that I wasn’t supporting my mind and my soul. I had everything that I ever wanted but I still felt empty and numb. I had forgotten who I was, what I enjoyed and what filled me up.

 

I began to practice yoga and meditation. I put myself at the top of my list and started taking time for myself every day to discover what nourished my soul.  

 

Once I was diagnosed with depression, I began taking antidepressants which helped a lot but I knew that this alone was not enough so I took a deep dive into my head and my heart. I started to peel back the layers that have been dimming my light, one by one. I unpacked all the negative and limiting beliefs I had been telling myself for decades and I started to get clear on what I wanted and needed.

 

The brain fog lifted, I had the courage to open up to friends and loved ones and ask for what I needed. I set boundaries, started speaking to myself with compassion and kindness and most of all I started to believe. To believe I am worthy enough to be loved, to believe I am enough, to believe that I am magical and powerful.

I found my way back home to myself, my true authentic self and now it’s my passion to help you remember who you are and get connected back to that beautiful body, mind and soul of yours.

OUR SOUL

Our Soul is our truest Self, it’s the peaceful, joyful, connected state, it’s love, it’s authentic, real and whole. It’s who you are at your deepest core. It’s fully present in every moment. 

 

It doesn’t look at life with limitation, worry or resentment, these are things that are created from experiences in your life. 

 

Our thoughts create emotions and actions, these are what determine what you experience in your life. By changing your thoughts, you can literally transform your life! Freedom and joy are possible. Living a life that truly fulfills you is possible. 

OUR TRUE SELF

Our Self with a capital ‘S’ is our true self. 

 

Our self with a small ‘s’ is the personality, ego and physical body. It can get caught up in the thoughts and emotions. The self has a lot of limiting beliefs about who we are, what we are capable of and what is possible in our life. It’s often stuck, stuck in the past, in fear, in unhealthy habits. 

 

Soul Coaching can help you on the journey to discovering your true Self. It’s not a goal that you can reach in 3 or 6 months, it's not something you can tick off one day and you’re done, it’s a lifelong journey. 

 

You will still feel your feelings and experience your emotions but with soul coaching, you can learn to replace the limiting beliefs with empowering ones. 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM YOU AS A COACH?

My approach is a blend of coaching and mentoring. I will help you come up with your own answers and solutions. I will help you to define and achieve your goals whilst also helping to shape your beliefs and values in a positive way.

 

I’ve undertaken training in mindfulness & meditation, REBT mindset Coaching, NLP, Intuitive Eating, holistic nutrition and various yoga teacher training programs. 

 

More importantly I have practical experience as I have walked the walk. I know what it feels like to feel stuck and unhappy, to feel lost. I have dealt with physical, emotional and mental health issues and have gained so much knowledge and many different tools along the way. I found my way back to my authentic Self and want to help you do the same.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SOUL SESSION?

We are all unique, that’s a beautiful thing and so my approach is tailored to you as an individual.

 

Together we will create a plan based on your desires, needs & goals with realistic steps, and I will support you in overcoming any obstacles and challenges that arise.

 

Each sessions is 45 - 60 minutes and will be held online via Zoom. You will have access to me between sessions* so you have the support you require to succeed. 

 

The goal of Soul Coaching is to make you more aware of your thoughts, the effect they are having on your life, to peel back those layers to see the truth. To stay grounded in your centre, to be more present in your life and to know yourself more deeply.
