You will be guided through mindful movement and restorative yoga poses that will leave you feeling nourished & centered.

You will be guided through meditation & postures that will leave you feeling nourished & centered.

Free Monthly Online Soul Circles for Women
Slow down, pause and reconnect in this 1 hour Soul Circle.
Using yoga, meditation and guided journaling you will find greater peace, fulfillment and empowerment within.
Soul circles will also touch on practices that help build self love and compassion, as well as shift patterns of negative thoughts and beliefs, leading to a greater feeling of happiness and well-being.
1st Tuesday of the month via Zoom

Hi, I'm Mel
Mel has been a holistic nutritionist for over 10 years and is also a certified yoga teacher & mindfulness coach.
She has transformed her own life through inner work, mindfulness and holistic practices and is passionate about helping others improve their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.
Mel uses yoga, meditation, journaling and intuitive eating as well as other mindfulness practices.
She offers retreats, soul circles, yoga classes & online programs, to help individuals rediscover their intuition, reconnect with their authentic self and nourish their body, mind and soul.
