In Mel's yoga classes you will find mindfulness, syncing breath & movement in a way that soothes the body & mind.Through slow, intentional postures & deep breath awareness, you’ll cultivate a sense of presence & ease.
Mel leads various yoga classes & all classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Pre-Registration is required as limited space.

An online monthly membership designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul - a sanctuary where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself through simple, guided practices.
Each month, we explore a new theme designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and in tune with what truly matters.
Through gentle movement, mindfulness, journaling, and soul-centered conversation, you’ll cultivate clarity, inner peace, and self-trust - one step at a time.

Mel is a soul coach, certified yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate a life of alignment and fulfillment.
Having transformed her own life through inner work, mindfulness, and holistic practices, Mel is passionate about supporting others on their journey of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
She integrates yoga, meditation, journaling, and heart-centered practices to guide individuals toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
