After navigating her own journey through exhaustion, perfectionism, and disconnection, Mel found healing through movement, soulful practices, and compassionate self-awareness and now helps other women do the same.
Through retreats, circles, yoga, and online programs, she creates safe, nurturing spaces for women to rebuild calm, clarity, and confidence and return to a life aligned with what matters most.
