About Mel

Mel has been a holistic nutritionist for over 10 years and is also a certified yoga teacher & mindfulness coach.

She has transformed her own life through inner work, mindfulness and holistic practices and is passionate about helping others improve their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. 

Mel uses yoga, meditation, journaling and intuitive eating as well as other mindfulness practices.


She offers retreats, soul circles, yoga classes & online programs, to help individuals rediscover their intuition, reconnect with their authentic self and nourish their body, mind and soul.
