About Mel

Mel is a Soul Coach, yoga teacher, and mindfulness guide who helps women find their way back to themselves.


After walking through her own journey of burnout and disconnection, Mel found her way home through inner work, movement, and heart-led practices and now she helps others do the same.

​

With a warm, grounded approach, she weaves together yoga, meditation, journaling, and soul coaching to support women in slowing down, tuning in, and creating a life that feels true and aligned.

​

Through retreats, women’s circles, yoga classes, and online programs, Mel holds space for healing, clarity, and deep self-connection - guiding each woman back to the wisdom she’s always had within.
