For years, I was the one who held everything together.
I did all the “right” things and still ended up exhausted, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.
Burnout forced me to stop.
Not just physically, but in the way I was living.

Instead of pushing through, I started listening.
To my body.
My needs.
My limits.
That’s what changed everything.
Now, I support women who have spent years over-functioning and over-giving
to reconnect with themselves, trust their needs, and build a life that actually feels sustainable.
