Online soul circles are for women looking to bring more peace, calm, self love and authenticity into their lives. 

 

Through the use of yoga nidra, meditation and journaling we’ll practice reducing stress and bringing more peace and calm into our lives. Soul circles will also touch on practices that help build self love and compassion, as well as shift patterns of negative thoughts and beliefs, leading to a greater feeling of happiness and well-being.

During the soul circles, we will start by grounding & connection with a short meditation. We will then draw an oracle card as a space for contemplation, guidance and inner reflection before moving into some guided journaling to create a deeper and more loving connection with authentic self. The second half of the circle will involve me leading you through a guided yoga nidra practice. 

WHEN: 1st Tuesday of every month. Our next Soul Circle’s are:
