Why I Created Soul Food Collective
Hi there!,

For years, I was the woman who held it all together.
The one who showed up, kept going, and gave everything she had to everyone else.
From the outside, I looked like I was coping.
But inside?
I was quietly burning out.
Disconnected from my own needs.
Running on empty.
Craving space to breathe — but not knowing how to give it to myself.
It wasn’t until I slowed down, softened, and turned inward that things began to shift.
Not in a big, dramatic way… but gently. Layer by layer.
I created Soul Food Collective because I know how powerful it is to have a space that holds you while you find your way back.
A space where you don’t have to perform, push, or prove anything.
Where you can show up exactly as you are — tired, messy, hopeful, healing.
