Hi, I'm Mel
For over a decade, I worked as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, helping women create healthier lives from the outside in.
But behind the scenes, I was quietly running on empty, over-giving, over-performing, and holding everything together.
In 2017, my body asked me to stop.
Anxiety, deep exhaustion, and autoimmune symptoms made it impossible to keep living out of alignment. What felt like a breakdown became a turning point.
Instead of trying to fix myself, I began to listen.
I turned toward mindfulness, yoga, and nervous-system-led practices, not just to heal, but to understand what true alignment actually feels like. Over time, I found a calmer, more connected way of living, rooted in self-trust rather than self-pressure.
Today, through The Aligned Woman Membership, retreats, and yoga, I guide women through that same process - gently moving from burnout and over-functioning into confidence, clarity, and inner peace.
