You’re not broken.
You’re burnt out.

You’ve just been holding everything together for too long, without a place to put anything down.

The Aligned Woman Membership is a place to come back to yourself.

Ongoing, steady support for women who are tired of living in overdrive and want to feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Soul Food Collective (Instagram Post (45))-3.png

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You need a place where you can finally put things down.

You’re the one people rely on.

You keep the household running.

You show up at work.

You remember the appointments, the groceries, the school forms, the emails that need answering.

From the outside, your life probably looks like it’s working.

But inside, it feels different:

  • Tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix

  • Always “on,” even when you finally sit down

  • Snapping at the people you love, then feeling guilty after

  • You can’t remember the last time you asked yourself what you actually need

  • You move through your day meeting everyone else’s needs, yours barely register

  • You get a moment alone and don’t even know what you want to do with it

  • You reach the end of the day and wonder where it even went

  • You’re there for everything, but it’s like you’re watching your life instead of living it

You keep pushing through because that’s what you’ve always done.

But a quiet part of you is starting to wonder:

There has to be another way to live.

A way where your mind feels quieter.

Where you’re not constantly bracing for what’s next.

Where you can actually hear yourself again.

This isn’t just in your mind.
It’s in your body, your energy, and the way you’ve learned to keep going for so long

The Aligned Woman Membership is a steady, supportive space for women who are tired of living in overdrive and want to feel like themselves again.

Why this keeps happening

This isn’t happening because you’re doing something wrong.

It’s happening because your system has learned to survive this way.

To keep going.

To stay on top of everything.

To be the reliable one.

To not drop the ball.

And over time, that becomes automatic.

So even when you’re exhausted, even when part of you knows something needs to change, you don't.

You keep going.

Not because you don’t know.

But because your body doesn’t feel safe to slow down.

And this is the part most women don’t realize…

This isn’t something you think your way out of.

It’s something you learn to feel your way out of.

She’s trying to make it a good summer for everyone… But she’s allowed to care for herself,

You might recognize yourself here

You wake up tired even though you technically slept.

Before you even get out of bed, your mind is already running through the day:

What needs to get done

Who needs something from you

What you forgot yesterday

You say yes automatically.

Helping with something at work.

Driving someone somewhere.

Taking on one more responsibility.

Later, you realize you didn’t actually have the energy for it…

but it felt easier to say yes than explain why you couldn’t.

Your body keeps giving you signals.

A headache that comes and goes.

That wired-but-exhausted feeling at night when you should be sleeping.

You tell yourself you’ll slow down once things calm down…

but things rarely do.

At night, you sit down and scroll your phone because your brain won’t turn off.

Part of you wants quiet.

Part of you just wants to stop thinking.

And sometimes you notice something else.

You can’t remember the last time you asked yourself:

What do I actually need right now?

Not what needs to get done.

Not what everyone else expects.

Just you.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “this is exactly me,” this is the space for you.

The Aligned Woman Membership exists to help you step out of that constant pressure and begin reconnecting with yourself again, in a way that doesn’t add more to your life.

Why this is hard to change on your own

Most women try to figure this out on their own.

They read the books.

Listen to the podcasts.

Tell themselves they’ll slow down.

But in the moment, they still say yes.

They still push through.

They still override what they feel.

Because this isn’t just a mindset shift.

It’s a pattern your body has been living in for years.

And patterns like this don’t change through awareness alone.

They change through support.

Through repetition.

Through having a space where you can actually practice doing things differently.

Signs you might be stuck in over-functioning

Most women here aren’t falling apart.

They’re capable.

They’re reliable.

They’re the ones who keep everything going.

But over time, always being the responsible one can quietly turn into something else.

Over-functioning.

It can look like this:

You take care of things before anyone even asks.

You notice what needs to be done and just handle it.

Groceries.

Schedules.

Work deadlines.

Family logistics.

People rely on you because they know you’ll figure it out.

But it means your mind rarely gets a break.

You feel responsible for how everything turns out.

If someone is upset, you try to fix it.

If something goes wrong, you assume it’s your fault.

If something is missed, you step in so things don’t fall apart.

You carry more than your share, without even realizing it.

Rest doesn’t feel like rest.

You sit down, but your mind keeps going.

The laundry.

The emails.

The things you didn’t finish.

Your body might pause, but your system doesn’t.

You second-guess yourself more than you trust yourself.

Did I say the wrong thing?

Did I forget something?

Am I letting people down?

Your mind keeps replaying long after things are over.

You can’t fully relax.

Even when nothing is happening, you’re already thinking ahead.

Planning.

Anticipating.

Preparing for what’s next.

Your body rarely feels settled.

Over-functioning often starts with good intentions.

Being dependable.

Being supportive.

Being someone others can count on.

But when it becomes constant, it can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how to slow down.

This is where things begin to shift.

Not by pushing harder but by learning how to come out of survival mode and back into your body.

If you’re seeing yourself in this, you’re not alone.

This is exactly the work we do inside the membership.

And it’s not about doing more.

It’s about learning how to stop living in a way that’s been draining you.

This space was created for women, exactly like you

This space was created for women like you

Women who are capable.

Responsible.

The ones people count on.

You’re used to being the one who figures things out.

The one who keeps things moving.

The one who steps in when something needs to be handled.

And for a long time, that may have even felt like a strength.

But over time, carrying that role starts to feel heavy.

You stop asking what you need.

You push through exhaustion because people are depending on you.

You tell yourself you’ll slow down later.

And later never really comes.

Not because you’re doing anything wrong but because this way of living becomes automatic.

Always holding.

Always thinking ahead.

Always taking care of what’s next.

Until somewhere along the way, you lose touch with yourself.

This membership is a place to gently interrupt that pattern.

A place where you don’t have to keep it all running.

Where you can pause.

Where you can start to feel like yourself again…

in a way you can actually sustain.

What begins to change

The shifts don’t happen all at once.

They show up in small, real-life moments.

  • You catch the moment where you would normally say yes and instead say, “Let me check my schedule.”

  • You go for a walk without feeling like you should be doing something more productive.

  • You put your phone down a little earlier at night.

  • You notice when your body feels overwhelmed and instead of pushing past it, you pause.

  • You stop second-guessing every decision.

  • Things that used to send you into a spiral feel more manageable.

  • You start making choices based on what actually works for you, not just what everyone else expects.

Life doesn’t suddenly become perfect.

But it starts to feel more like your life again.

The A.L.I.G.N. Method

The A.L.I.G.N. Method is a 5 step process that helps you understand why you’ve been stuck in overdrive and how to begin shifting it in a way that actually lasts.

This work is a blend of somatic, nervous system, and mindfulness-based support, alongside the body-based lens I bring through my background in holistic nutrition.

Because this isn’t just about your thoughts or your habits.

When your system has been running on stress for years, it affects your energy, your mood, your focus, and even how you make decisions.

Inside this membership, we gently support your whole system, so change doesn’t feel forced… it starts to feel more natural.

Which means we’re not just talking about what’s going on in your life.
We’re working with what’s happening in your body, your patterns, and how you respond

to stress in real time.

You move through this gently, at your own pace, step by step, in a way that actually fits your life.

What's Inside

Inside, you’re supported in a way that actually fits into your life,

not adds more to it.

This isn’t just about your mindset.
It’s about supporting your mind, your body, and the way you move through your everyday life.

I understand this because I lived it

I understand this because I lived it

Years ago, my body forced me to stop.

I had been doing everything for everyone else for so long that I didn’t even know what I liked or needed anymore.

I thought my anger was anger. It wasn’t.
Underneath it was sadness, loneliness, and the realization that I had slowly abandoned myself.

I had built my identity around being capable, independent, and strong.
Admitting something wasn’t working felt like failure.

By 2017, it became impossible to ignore.
Burnout.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Deep exhaustion.
Autoimmune illness.

My body simply couldn’t keep living the way I had been.

What felt like a breaking point became a turning point.

Instead of pushing through or trying to fix myself, I began to slow down and listen.

Through mindfulness, nervous system work, and understanding how my body, energy, and patterns were all connected, I slowly rebuilt my life from a different place.

Little by little, I started reconnecting with myself - my needs, my energy, my voice.

Over time, the pressure I had been living under began to soften, and life started to feel calmer, steadier, and more like my own again.

That journey changed everything.

What women often notice after a few months inside

29C9872E-60EB-44DF-8ACA-0FA9E22360D6_edited.jpg

Women often tell me things like:

  • "I didn’t realize how tense my body had been until it finally started to relax."

  • "For the first time in years, I actually pause before saying yes to something."

  • "I’ve started noticing what my body needs instead of pushing past it."

  • "When something stressful happens, I don’t spiral the way I used to."

  • "My family has noticed I’m calmer."

  • "I’m learning that I don’t have to carry everything alone."

  • "I finally feel like I’m starting to feel like myself again."

These shifts don’t happen because life suddenly becomes easy.

They happen because you start moving through it differently, with more awareness, more self-trust, and a body that feels safer and more supported.

That’s what this space is here to support.

What this membership is not

This is not another program you have to keep up with.

No expectation that you’ll suddenly become a different version of yourself.

You won’t fall behind.
You won’t be trying to “do it perfectly.”
And you won’t be asked to add more to an already full life.

Some months you might join the live circle and feel deeply connected. Other months you might simply listen to a meditation or revisit something when you need support. Both are part of the process.

This membership isn’t about doing more.

It’s about having a place you can return to when life starts to feel overwhelming.

A place that reminds you to slow down.
To check in.
To listen to yourself again.

You don’t need to be completely burnt out to join.

Many women join simply because they know something about the way they’ve been living needs to change.
