With 15+ years in Holistic Nutrition and my own burnout journey, this session is where we look at the deeper patterns driving the burnout and over-functioning. I will guide you to understand and make sense of why nothing has stuck, so you can start responding differently.

It’s something I lived.
In 15 years as a holistic nutritionist, and through my own burnout journey, I’ve worked with women who are doing everything “right” and still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in the same patterns..
From the outside, they’re managing but underneath, they’re disconnected from their body, their needs, and what they actually want.
In this session, we slow that down. We look at what’s really going on underneath it all, not just what’s happening on the surface. Because when you can see your patterns clearly, something shifts.
You stop blaming yourself.
You understand why you feel the way you do.
And from there, you can start responding differently in your day-to-day life.
Without that, it’s easy to stay in your head, trying to figure it out, pushing through, telling yourself you’ll do things differently and ending up right back in the same place.
This session is the space where that begins to change.

For years, I was doing everything for everyone else and slowly losing myself in the process.
From the outside, I looked like I had it together and that life was great but beneath the masks, I was overwhelmed, disconnected, always pushing through but feeling numb.
I thought my anger was just anger, but underneath it was sadness, loneliness, and the realization that I had abandoned myself.
I had built my identity around being capable and strong, so admitting something wasn’t working felt like failure.
By 2017, my body forced me to stop.
Burnout.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Deep exhaustion.
Autoimmune illness.
A nervous system that didn't know how to switch off
I began to understand what was actually going on beneath the surface and started to see how my patterns, my nervous system, and the way I was living were all connected.
I learned how to work with my body instead of against it.
And that's what I can do for you.

Alignment Session: A 1:1 session to help you understand what’s really going on underneath the burnout and
over-functioning.

This is a 75-minute space where we slow things down and make sense of what you’ve been trying to figure out on your own, in a way that actually fits your real life.
During the session, you’ll begin to:
✓ Understand why you’ve been feeling this way and why nothing has stuck before
✓ See the patterns that keep you overcommitting, overthinking, and pushing through
✓ Make sense of what your body has been trying to tell you
✓ Start to see where you can respond differently, in real, everyday moments
✓ Leave with a clear next step you can actually follow through on
This is a focused, supportive space to pause, look at what’s really going on, and begin to shift it.

THE A.L.I.G.N. METHOD
The Alignment Session is guided by my A.L.I.G.N. Method, a 5-step process that's rooted in my holistic nutrition experience, nervous system regulation and mindfulness work and lived experience. It helps you understand why you’ve been stuck in overdrive, how to break the cycle of burnout, and how to begin making real change in your life in a way that actually lasts.
