Soul Sessions
Private coaching for women who are holding everything together on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected underneath.
A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more like your own.

HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST & YOGA TEACHER
You’re the one everyone relies on.
But lately it feels like everything is resting on your shoulders.
From the outside, your life probably looks like it’s working.
You show up for work.
You take care of your family.
You handle what needs to get done, no matter how full your plate already is.
You’re capable.
Responsible.
The one people count on.
But inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or quietly disconnected from yourself in a way you can’t fully explain.
Like you’re always “on.”
Like your mind doesn’t switch off.
Like no matter how much you rest, you’re still tired.
You keep pushing through because that’s what you’ve always done.
Because you’re the strong one.
But something in you is starting to wonder: What if life didn’t have to feel this heavy?
This is what burnout often looks like in high-functioning women.
Not falling apart but never fully switching off.
This isn’t happening because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s happening because your nervous system has been in overdrive for a long time, and you’ve learned to override yourself to keep everything going.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
And this isn’t something you think your way out of on your own.
Because the patterns keeping you stuck aren’t just mental, they’re wired into how your body responds to pressure, responsibility, and stress.
What you need is space to come back to yourself.
A place where you don’t have to perform, hold it all together, or figure everything out alone.
A space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin creating a life that actually supports you.
Private coaching is for women who appear to have everything together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed underneath.
The women I work with don’t need to become someone new.
They need support returning to the version of themselves that burnout buried.
If something in you is already saying this is me, you don’t have to wait until things get worse to get support.
You can start here in a way that actually supports you.
You might recognize yourself here
You’re the one people rely on.
You handle the logistics.
You solve problems.
You keep things moving.
But behind the scenes, it can feel like a lot.
Maybe you…
-
Lie in bed at night replaying conversations, wondering if you said the wrong thing or what you should have done differently
-
Feel responsible for everyone else’s feelings, noticing their mood the second you walk into a room and adjusting yourself to keep things calm
-
Say yes when you want to say no, then feel resentful, but tell yourself it’s “not a big deal”
-
Feel guilty when you rest, like you should be catching up on emails, cleaning something, or being more productive

-
Feel like you’re constantly “on”,even when you sit down at night, your mind is still running through your to-do list
-
Wake up already thinking about everything you need to do before your feet even hit the floor
-
Feel overwhelmed by small things, like one more message, one more question, one more task feels like too much
-
Check your phone constantly, not because you want to, but because your brain won’t settle
-
Find it hard to relax, even during downtime, like your body doesn’t fully switch off
-
Overthink simple decisions, replaying options, asking others, and still not feeling sure
-
Feel like you’re doing everything for everyone else but there’s no space left for you
-
Snap at the people you love, then feel guilty about it afterwards
-
Move through your day getting everything done but feel strangely disconnected while you’re doing it
You might be holding everything together on the outside but inside, it feels like a lot.
Your nervous system has been running in overdrive for a long time.
And it’s starting to catch up with you.
Why High-Functioning Women Burnout
Burnout doesn’t happen because you’re weak.
It happens because you’ve been strong for too long without support.
This is often what burnout looks like in high-functioning women.
Not collapse but constant pressure, mental load, and a nervous system that never fully switches off.
Most of the women I work with are incredibly capable.
They’re thoughtful and deeply caring.
They’re the ones who remember the details.
Who step in when something needs to get done.
Who make sure the people around them are okay.
For years, this has probably served them well.
They’ve built careers.
They’ve supported families.
They’ve handled challenges and kept moving forward.
But somewhere along the way, a pattern quietly forms.
They start carrying more and more.
More responsibility.
More expectations.
More emotional weight.
They become the one everyone relies on.
And slowly, without realizing it, their nervous system begins living in constant overdrive.
Over time, this doesn’t just affect how they think or feel, it impacts their energy, their sleep, their hormones, and how their body is able to cope with stress.
Even when they try to relax, their mind keeps running.
Even when they rest, their body still feels tense.
Even when things are technically “fine,” something inside feels off.
Not broken.
Just exhausted.
And the frustrating part is that many women try to solve this by doing more.
More productivity.
More self-improvement.
More pushing through.
But burnout isn’t solved by trying harder.
It shifts when you begin to slow down, understand the patterns you’ve been living inside of, and reconnect with your own needs, limits, and inner guidance.
That’s the work we do together.
And the hardest part?
Most women don’t realize this is burnout because they’re still functioning.
Still showing up.
Still getting everything done.
But inside, they’re exhausted in a way that no amount of sleep is fixing.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life to begin feeling better.
Often, the first shift is simply having a space where you can slow down, hear yourself clearly, and not have to hold everything on your own.
This work is for you if...
You’re tired of living in survival mode, where you’re getting through the day, but never really feeling inside your life.
You don’t want another quick fix, productivity hack, or morning routine to “fix” you.
You want something that actually changes how your life feels day to day.
You want to:
-
Wake up without that immediate sense of pressure about everything you need to do
-
Move through your day without feeling like you’re constantly rushing or behind
-
Feel calm in your body, not wired, tense, or on edge all the time
-
Sit down at night and actually be able to relax, without your mind replaying the day
-
Make decisions without going back and forth for hours or asking everyone else what they think
-
Say no to things that drain you, without over-explaining or feeling guilty afterwards
-
Stop mentally carrying everything for everyone else
-
Have moments in your day where you feel present, not distracted, not checked out, just there
-
Trust yourself to know what you need, instead of second-guessing everything
-
Go to bed without your mind running through a list of everything you didn’t get done
-
Feel like your life belongs to you again, not just something you’re managing or keeping up with
-
Reconnect with who you are outside of your roles, responsibilities, and expectations

Most of the women I work with are high-functioning and capable.
They’re not falling apart.
They’re the ones holding everything together.
But underneath that, they’ve been carrying too much for too long and they’re ready for something to feel different.
What we do together
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you stop overriding yourself and start responding to what you actually need.
I guide you through my A.L.I.G.N. Method, 5 step process that helps you understand why you’ve been stuck in overdrive and how to begin shifting it in a way that actually lasts.
This work is a blend of nervous system support, mindset and pattern work, and holistic nutrition, because burnout isn’t just mental, it lives in your body too. We’re not just talking about what’s going on in your life, we’re working with what’s happening in your body, your patterns, and how you respond to stress in real time.
We move through this gently, at your pace.
Step by step, in a way that actually fits your life.
Starting with awareness, noticing what’s really going on beneath the surface
Softening the pressure and learning how to meet yourself with more compassion
Rebuilding trust in your own voice and inner guidance
Making small, real-life shifts in how you respond, choose, and move through your day
And learning how to support yourself in a way that feels sustainable
Through our sessions we gently explore:
-
The mental and emotional load you've been carrying.
-
The beliefs that keep you over-giving or over-functioning
-
How chronic stress has impacted your body - your energy, sleep, digestion, and capacity
-
How to support your nervous system not just emotionally, but physically through simple, sustainable nourishment and daily rhythms
-
Why it’s been so hard to slow down or prioritize yourself
-
What your body and intuition may be trying to tell you
How to support your nervous system not just emotionally, but physically through simple, sustainable nourishment and daily rhythms
But we don’t just talk about these things.
We begin to work with them, slowly, and in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
You start to notice what’s actually going on beneath the surface.
You begin to meet yourself with more understanding instead of pressure.
You learn how to listen inward instead of constantly looking outside yourself for answers.
And from there, small shifts start to happen in how you move through your life.
Nothing forced.
Nothing rushed.
Just a gradual return to feeling more like yourself again.
What changes over time
Instead of feeling like you’re barely keeping up…
You begin to feel more grounded in your life.
Instead of constantly second-guessing yourself…
You start trusting your own decisions again.
Instead of saying yes to everything…
You learn how to honour your limits.
Instead of living in constant mental noise…
You start experiencing moments of quiet and clarity again.
Instead of feeling like life is something you’re surviving…
It starts to feel like something you’re actually inside of.

A Day in a Life After Coaching
You wake up and take a breath before reaching for your phone.
Not because your life is suddenly perfect but because you’re no longer starting your day already in a rush.
Your day might still be full, but it no longer feels like everything is sitting on your shoulders.
You’ve started noticing when your body is tense or overwhelmed and instead of pushing past it, you pause, even just for a moment.
You notice the moment you would have automatically said yes and this time, you don’t. Not from guilt or pressure but because you’re beginning to trust what you actually need.
You still care deeply about the people in your life, but you don’t feel responsible for carrying everything alone.
You’re no longer constantly scanning everyone else’s mood or trying to keep everything running smoothly.
When something stressful happens, you don’t spiral the way you used to. There’s a little more space between what happens and how you respond.
You make decisions more easily without going back and forth for hours and without needing reassurance from everyone else.
At the end of the day, you sit down and your mind feels quieter.
You’re not replaying conversations.
Not running through everything you forgot.
Not bracing yourself for tomorrow.
And slowly, you start feeling something you haven’t felt in a long time.
A sense of space.
A sense that your life is something you’re actually inside of again, not just something you’re trying to keep up with.
You still have responsibilities.
Your life hasn’t disappeared or become “easy.”
But it feels different.
Calmer.
Clearer.
More like your own.
And for the first time in a long time, you don’t feel like you’re doing it all alone.
This is the woman you become
She still has a full life.
There are still responsibilities.
Things to manage.
People she cares about.
But she no longer moves through it all feeling like everything is on her.
She trusts herself.
Not perfectly.
But enough to stop constantly questioning every decision.

She knows how to listen to her body and respond instead of pushing through.
She can care deeply without carrying everything.
Her mind feels quieter.
There is more space in her days.
More moments where she feels present in her life, instead of trying to keep up with it.
She feels more like herself again.
Not a different version.
Not a “better” version.
Just… herself.
Grounded.
Clear.
And supported in the life she’s living.
Why Some Women Choose Private Coaching
Some women begin their journey inside The Aligned Woman Membership, where they receive ongoing support, community, and gentle guidance as they reconnect with themselves.
But sometimes a woman needs something more personal.
Because it’s hard to see your own patterns clearly when you’ve been inside them for so long.
A space where the focus is entirely on her.
Private coaching offers the opportunity to slow down and explore what’s really happening in your life with dedicated support.
Many women choose 1:1 coaching when:
-
They feel overwhelmed and want support right now
-
They’re navigating a big transition or decision
-
They keep noticing the same patterns showing up in their life
-
They want deeper clarity about what’s next
-
They’ve been carrying everything alone for a long time
In our sessions, we slow things down and gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck in overdrive.
Together we explore the pressures, expectations, and patterns that have shaped how you move through life.
And from that place, things begin to shift.
Not overnight.
But in meaningful ways that start showing up in your everyday life.
I understand this because I lived it
Years ago my body forced me to stop. I had been doing everything for everyone else for so long that I didn’t even know what I liked or needed anymore.
I thought my anger was anger. It wasn’t. Underneath it was sadness, loneliness and the realization that I had slowly abandoned myself.
I had built my identity around being capable, independent, and strong. Admitting something wasn’t working felt like failure.
By 2017, it became impossible to ignore.
Burnout.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Deep exhaustion.
Autoimmune illness.
My body simply couldn’t keep living the way I had been.
What felt like a breaking point at the time became a turning point.
Instead of trying to push through or fix myself, I started slowing down and listening. I turned toward mindfulness, yoga, and nervous-system-led practices, not as another thing to achieve, but as a way to understand what my body and mind had been trying to tell me all along.
Little by little, I started reconnecting with myself, my needs, my energy, my voice. Over time, the pressure I had been living under began to soften, and life started to feel calmer, steadier, and more like my own again.
That journey changed everything.
