Why It Hasn't Worked Yet

When your nervous system is constantly activated, your energy is depleted, and your body isn’t getting what it needs, of course it’s hard to slow down, follow through, or feel like yourself again.

To be the one who handles it all.

Our work is a blend of somatic, nervous system, mindfulness-based coaching, and body-based support rooted in my background in holistic nutrition.

For years, I was doing everything for everyone else and slowly losing myself in the process.
I thought my anger was just anger, but underneath it was sadness, loneliness, and the realization that I had abandoned myself.
I had built my identity around being capable and strong, so admitting something wasn’t working felt like failure.
By 2017, my body forced me to stop.
Burnout. Anxiety. Depression. Deep exhaustion. Autoimmune illness.
I couldn’t keep living the way I had been.
What felt like a breaking point became a turning point.

Little by little, the pressure softened and life started to feel like mine again.
