Most women I work with have already tried all of that, the reason it hasn’t stuck isn’t because you’re doing it wrong. It’s because your system is still used to running on pressure, responsibility, and overdrive. This work isn’t about adding more strategies, it’s about understanding what’s happening in your body, your patterns, and your day-to-day responses, so change starts to feel natural instead of forced.
