I know what it’s like to look like you’ve got it all together - while quietly falling apart inside.
For years, I carried the weight of expectations.
Trying to be everything for everyone.
Keeping it all going on the outside, even when I was running on empty.
I told myself I should be grateful. That I was fine.
That if I just pushed a little harder, it would all feel better.
But deep down, I felt exhausted, disconnected...
like I’d somehow lost myself in the process of holding it all together.
Eventually, I realized, I wasn’t broken - I was burnt out from living out of alignment with who I really am.
The turning point wasn’t doing more.
It was finally listening to what my body, my heart, and my inner voice had been whispering all along.
That’s why I created The Aligned Woman Workshop, to share what I wish I’d known sooner.
