Join me for a full day of nourishment that will leave you feeling restored, grounded, and cared for.

The day will include yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, mindset work, and a sound experience. By taking the time to nourish ourselves, we can improve our well-being and live a happier, healthier, and more abundant, authentic life.

We have a SPECIAL GUEST joining us during the retreat. Megs Emerson of Love Yoga Energy Healing. Megs will lead us through a grounding breath work & sound experience (more info below).

All levels of yoga are welcome. This retreat focuses on nourishing the body, so the yoga movements will be gentle and restorative. If this type of movement does not suit you, consider my other day retreat - Come Home to Yourself.

Flow of the Day:

  • 9:15am: Arrive & settle in

  • 9:30 - 10:15am: Introductions & Intention Setting 

  • 10:15 - 11:15am: Flow & Restore Yoga

  • 11:15 - 12:15pm: Workshop - Nourish Your Soul

  • 12:15 - 1:00pm: Lunch

  • 1:00 - 2:45pm: Workshop - Cultivating A Nourishing Mindset

  • 2:45 - 3:00pm: Break

  • 3:00 - 4:00pm: Breathwork & Sound Experience with Megs

  • 4:00 - 4:30pm: Closing circle, Sharing & Take-aways

Meet our special guest Megs

Megs is a reiki master, yoga and meditation teacher and offers reiki healing, intuitive readings, sacred ceremony and soul coaching. 


Megs will lead us through a grounding breath work & sound experience that guides the participants inward towards a restful, quiet space. As mirrored in nature, we are being called inwards to rest, restore and replenish ourselves for the darker months.


Through a trauma informed lens, Megs will facilitate the container for the gentle surrender into a safe & grounded state.

Hi, I'm Mel

Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher & Mindfulness Coach

For many years, I shape-shifted and lived behind a mask. I let the “shoulds,” “supposed tos,” and comparisons dictate my life, becoming completely disconnected from myself.

I was a perfectionist, people-pleaser, and busy mom, hiding the imperfect side of my life—the burnout, negative self-talk, and lack of self-worth and love. I kept this up until I could no longer hide.

In 2017, I began experiencing debilitating panic attacks and was diagnosed with depression, osteoarthritis, and an autoimmune thyroid condition. My body, which I had been neglecting, forced me to stop.

That was my wake-up call. I realized I needed to seriously reassess my life and well-being to live authentically, fully, and happily.

I recognized that despite my love for food, our relationship had been tumultuous. Decades of disordered eating involved deprivation, binging, hiding food, and counting calories. I used food and exercise to control my life. Committed to healing, I began nourishing myself through intuitive eating.

It also became clear that I wasn’t supporting my mind and soul. Despite having everything I thought I wanted, I felt empty and numb. I had forgotten who I was, what I enjoyed, and what fulfilled me.

I started practicing yoga and meditation, prioritizing myself. I took daily time for activities that nourished my soul—walking in nature, resting, listening to music or podcasts, and taking candlelit baths. Gradually, my energy increased, and I felt motivated, inspired, and excited again.

After my depression diagnosis, I began taking antidepressants, which helped, but I knew that wasn’t enough. I delved deep into my mind and heart, peeling back layers that had dimmed my light. I unpacked the negative and limiting beliefs I had held for decades and clarified what I wanted and needed.

The brain fog lifted, and I found the courage to open up to friends and loved ones and ask for what I needed. I set boundaries, spoke to myself with compassion and kindness, and, most importantly, I started to believe. I began to believe I am worthy of love, that I am enough, and that I am magical and powerful.

I found my way back home to my true, authentic self. Now, it’s my passion to help you reconnect with your beautiful body, mind, and soul.
