I struggled for decades with negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, low self-confidence and a lack of self-worth and self-love.

For many years, I lived behind a mask and let the “shoulds” dictate my life.
​
I was a perfectionist, people-pleaser, and busy mom, hiding the imperfect side of my life from everyone, even those closest to me. That was until I couldn't hide it anymore.
In 2017, I began experiencing debilitating panic attacks and was diagnosed with depression, osteoarthritis, and an autoimmune thyroid condition.
I had been neglecting myself, my body, my heart & my soul and they had literally forced me to stop.

That was my wake-up call. I realized I needed to seriously reassess my life and well-being to live an authentic, fulfilled & joyous life.
Since then I have been on a journey to reconnect with myself, to rebuild the trust, self-worth & self-love that I had lost.
I found my way back home & now, it’s my passion to help you find yours.
